Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

  • Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

    • Carrier delays

    • Weather events

    • Customs processing

    • Regional or remote delivery locations

    • Circumstances outside our control

  • Got Your Six is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Product has been handed to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order appears delayed or lost in transit:

    • Contact the carrier first using your tracking information

    • If further assistance is required, contact us and we will help where reasonably possible

  • Got Your Six is not liable for carrier delays or errors beyond our control.

Damaged Items in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged:

    • Contact us as soon as reasonably possible

    • Provide your order number and clear photos or video of the damage

  • If damage is confirmed, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International customers are responsible for any:

    • Customs duties

    • Taxes

    • Import fees

    • Clearance charges

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not refundable.
